Jorley operates an online retail model, with orders generally dispatched directly from our UK-based supplier and distribution partners to our customers.
Furniture, lighting and fragile interior accessories often require protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. Packaging materials and delivery arrangements vary depending on the supplier, product and delivery service.
We recognise the importance of reducing unnecessary waste and will continue to consider packaging and delivery practices as part of our ongoing supplier relationships.
