Jorley – Interior Design Service Terms

1. Design Services
Jorley offers bespoke interior design and styling services for residential projects.
Services may include:
- Concept development
- Mood boards
- Furniture sourcing
- Space planning
- Styling advice
- Product specification
- Supplier coordination
2. Consultations & Quotations
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Design proposals and estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may be subject to revision.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required prior to commencement of design work.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Outstanding balances must be paid in accordance with agreed payment terms.
4. Product Sourcing
Where Jorley sources products from third-party suppliers, availability and lead times are subject to supplier confirmation.
Jorley cannot be held responsible for supplier delays, discontinued products or manufacturing changes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information
- Reviewing plans and proposals carefully
- Approving specifications prior to ordering
- Ensuring site access and readiness
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, mood boards, layouts and specifications remain the intellectual property of Jorley unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Design materials may not be reproduced or shared commercially without permission.
7. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, Jorley reserves the right to invoice for work completed to date.
Ordered furniture, bespoke items and supplier purchases may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
8. Liability
Jorley shall not be responsible for:
- Third-party contractor workmanship
- Delays caused by suppliers or contractors
- Site conditions outside of our control
- Variations in natural materials or handmade products
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
